Celebrating Dogs – Worth Quoting

"... a well-behaved dog is a pleasure to own and creates a good impression wherever he or she goes.

"It is our responsibility as dog owners to do everything we can to make our dogs good citizens.

Celebrating Dogs in Our Community Oct. 25

"Each dog is an ambassador for all dogs. So by your dog’s behaviour, dogdom is judged."
                                           – NOSA dog trainer Irene Copus

Irene joined the dog club in 1967. Since then, she has served in many capacities, including training committee chairperson for many years.

In 1981, the club honoured Irene with a life membership for her many contributions.

Irene and fellow club member and instructor Sandi Lovas will present a free talk and tips on dog grooming at NOSA's Oct. 25 event.
