Our October 2009 newsletter, once again edited by John MacLucas, covers summer and early fall activities by some of our members, highlights our Oct. 10 AIOC trial and an invitation to the AGM on Nov. 26.

In our September 2006 newsletter, we highlight recent achievements of our members, in and out of the obedience ring.

The issue also provides a run-down of good member practices, confessions of an agility addict and a look at some NOSA members who accompanied their dogs in the recent BC SPCA Paws for the Cause walk/run fund-raiser in support of Wild Arc, Greater Victoria's wild animal rehabilitation centre.

In our December 2005 newsletter, club members remember long-time NOSA member, instructor and friend Dawn Bell, who died in 2005.

The issue also provides clicker training tips and treats, and highlights accomplishments by club members. There's a listing of upcoming club and CKC events and a quiz covering the club's first  50 years!  You may be surprised at the answers.

The four-page February 2005 issue explores the avenues by which you and your dog can enter competitive obedience trials.  We continue our series "What's In A Title?" with a look at the Companion Dog Excellent (CDX) title. We also examine "When to Say No" to your dog and provide training tips so novice trialers can teach their dog to do a straight front.
